Students who have a parking and transportation hold typically have an outstanding balance because of parking fines. If you have an “International Programs” hold, please contact them at 21. You can make a payment on ASAP or contact Fiscal Services at 21 (Option 4) for questions. This hold is typically placed when you have an outstanding balance with UTSA. If you are an incoming student, it could be related to the meningitis vaccination. There could be various reasons why you have a health services hold.
